Conflicts of Interest
Kerdos AI provides AI-assisted financial research, market analytics, research signals, forecast scenarios, rankings, summaries, and related informational content. Users should understand whether commercial, personal, affiliate, issuer, broker, data-provider, or other relationships may affect, or appear to affect, research outputs.
This page explains Kerdos AI's general approach to identifying, managing, and disclosing potential conflicts of interest.
General Policy
Kerdos AI's policy is that commercial relationships, affiliate relationships, sponsorships, issuer relationships, broker relationships, data-provider relationships, advertising relationships, and personal interests must not secretly determine, override, or improperly influence research outputs.
Where a material conflict exists or is reasonably expected to exist, Kerdos AI aims to disclose it clearly and close to the relevant content where practical.
Research Independence
Kerdos AI aims to keep research outputs independent from commercial relationships.
Research signals, rankings, forecast scenarios, confidence indicators, AI-generated summaries, and market analysis should be generated according to the applicable methodology and available data, not according to whether Kerdos AI has a commercial relationship with any issuer, broker, affiliate, advertiser, sponsor, or data provider.
No statement on this page should be understood as a guarantee that conflicts can never exist. Instead, this page describes the conflict categories that Kerdos AI monitors and the disclosures that should be made where relevant.
Positions in Covered Instruments
Kerdos AI, its owner(s), employees, contractors, or affiliates may from time to time hold long or short positions in financial instruments that are also covered, ranked, analysed, or mentioned by Kerdos AI.
Such personal or affiliated holdings may create a potential conflict of interest or the appearance of a conflict of interest.
Kerdos AI personnel must not intentionally manipulate, override, or influence research outputs for the purpose of benefiting personal holdings or affiliated holdings.
Where legally required or where reasonably appropriate, instrument-specific conflicts should be disclosed near the relevant research output.
Issuer Compensation
Kerdos AI should disclose where it receives, has received, or expects to receive compensation from an issuer, company, project, fund, sponsor, or related party that is the subject of Kerdos AI content.
Issuer-paid content, sponsored research, paid coverage, or promotional relationships should be clearly labelled.
Unless clearly disclosed near the relevant content, users should not assume that an issuer has paid Kerdos AI for favourable coverage.
As of the last updated date of this page, Kerdos AI does not accept compensation from issuers in exchange for favourable research coverage.
Broker, Trading Platform, and Affiliate Relationships
Kerdos AI may have, or may in the future have, commercial relationships with brokers, trading platforms, financial-data providers, affiliate partners, or other service providers.
Affiliate links, referral links, revenue-sharing arrangements, broker partnerships, or paid promotions may create a conflict of interest or the appearance of a conflict of interest.
Where Kerdos AI receives compensation when a user clicks a link, opens an account, subscribes to a third-party service, or completes another commercial action, that relationship should be disclosed clearly.
Broker, affiliate, or referral compensation must not be presented as independent investment research.
As of the last updated date, Kerdos AI does not use affiliate links or referral compensation.
Sponsored Content and Advertising
If Kerdos AI publishes sponsored content, paid placements, advertisements, partner content, or promotional material, it should be clearly labelled as such.
Sponsored content should not be presented as independent research.
Advertising or sponsorship relationships should not secretly determine research rankings, signal classifications, forecast scenarios, or AI-generated summaries.
As of the last updated date, Kerdos AI does not publish issuer-sponsored research or paid favourable coverage.
Data Provider Relationships
Kerdos AI may use third-party data providers, APIs, datasets, public sources, news sources, sentiment sources, and market-data vendors.
A data-provider relationship does not automatically mean that the provider influences Kerdos AI’s research conclusions. However, data availability, coverage, pricing, licensing restrictions, quality, delays, and provider limitations may affect which instruments, markets, features, or outputs are available.
Where data limitations materially affect a research output, Kerdos AI aims to disclose relevant source categories, data-as-of timestamps, and known limitations where practical.
Model Output and Commercial Influence
Kerdos AI's research signals, rankings, forecasts, and summaries should not be manually or automatically adjusted to favour an issuer, sponsor, broker, affiliate partner, advertiser, or commercial partner unless such influence is clearly disclosed.
If Kerdos AI introduces paid placements, sponsored rankings, promoted instruments, or partner-driven content in the future, those items should be clearly separated and labelled so users can distinguish them from independent research outputs.
Commercial relationships must not secretly influence model rankings, signal classifications, forecasts, or AI-generated summaries.
Pre-Publication Access
Research outputs, rankings, forecasts, and generated stories may have value before publication. Kerdos AI should take reasonable steps to prevent inappropriate use of unpublished research outputs or model results by persons with access to them.
Persons with access to unpublished research outputs should not use that access to trade ahead of users or to benefit personal, affiliated, or commercial interests.
Conflict Disclosures Near Research Outputs
Where practical, Kerdos AI aims to disclose relevant conflicts near the specific research output, story, ranking, forecast, or signal to which they relate.
A conflict disclosure may include, for example:
- whether Kerdos AI or related persons hold a position in the instrument;
- whether Kerdos AI has received issuer compensation;
- whether content is sponsored;
- whether affiliate or referral compensation may be received;
- whether a broker or commercial partner is involved;
- whether data-provider limitations materially affect the output.
No Personalised Advice
Conflicts of interest disclosures do not change the nature of Kerdos AI’s service. Kerdos AI does not provide personalised investment advice, portfolio management, brokerage, order execution, custody, tax advice, or legal advice.
Research signals, rankings, forecasts, scenario price targets, confidence indicators, and AI-generated summaries are provided for informational and educational research purposes only. They are not buy, sell, hold, or trade instructions.
User Responsibility
Users remain responsible for their own research, decisions, and investment outcomes. Users should independently verify important information and consider whether any disclosed or potential conflict may affect how they interpret Kerdos AI outputs.
Updates
This conflicts of interest disclosure is general in nature and may be updated from time to time as Kerdos AI's business model, data sources, commercial relationships, research process, or legal structure evolves.
