2. Nature of the Service

Kerdos AI is an AI-assisted financial research and analytics platform.

Kerdos AI may provide features such as:

• market research tools;
• research signal classifications;
• universe rankings;
• forecast scenarios;
• scenario price targets;
• confidence indicators;
• market-regime classifications;
• AI-generated summaries;
• AI-generated stories or research notes;
• watchlists, filters, dashboards, and related analytics.

Kerdos AI provides informational and educational research tools only.

3. No Investment Advice or Regulated Investment Service

Kerdos AI does not provide personalised investment advice, portfolio management, brokerage, order execution, order transmission, custody, tax advice, legal advice, or a fiduciary relationship.

Nothing on Kerdos AI should be understood as a personal recommendation, instruction, solicitation, or offer to buy, sell, hold, subscribe for, or trade any financial instrument.

Kerdos AI does not assess whether any financial instrument, strategy, signal, forecast, ranking, scenario, or research output is suitable or appropriate for any individual user.

You remain responsible for your own research, decisions, and investment outcomes.

4. Market Risk

Financial markets involve risk. You may lose money, including the full amount allocated to a financial instrument.

Research signals, rankings, forecast scenarios, confidence indicators, price-target scenarios, AI-generated summaries, and market analysis may be wrong, incomplete, delayed, or based on inaccurate data.

Past performance, historical data, backtests, model results, rankings, or previous forecasts do not guarantee future performance.

You should not rely on Kerdos AI as the sole basis for any investment decision.

5. AI and Data Limitations

Kerdos AI may use artificial intelligence, machine-learning models, statistical models, third-party data, public data, market data, company data, news data, sentiment data, and other sources.

AI-generated and AI-assisted outputs may be wrong, incomplete, delayed, biased, inconsistent, outdated, or misleading. AI-generated explanations may omit important information, overstate relationships in the data, or present uncertain interpretations in a confident tone.

Data may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, or incorrectly interpreted. Source coverage may vary by market, instrument, exchange, issuer, provider, and time period.

You should independently verify important information before relying on it.

6. No Suitability Assessment

Kerdos AI may allow you to select filters, watchlists, research horizons, markets, sectors, or other research preferences.

These settings are used to organise research outputs only. They do not mean that Kerdos AI has assessed your financial situation, investment objectives, investment experience, risk tolerance, loss capacity, tax position, liquidity needs, or legal restrictions.

7. Account Registration and Security

You may need an account to access certain Kerdos AI features.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account, unless caused by Kerdos AI’s breach of legal obligations.

You must provide accurate account and billing information and keep it up to date.

You must notify Kerdos AI promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

8. Subscriptions, Payments, and Billing

Some Kerdos AI features may require a paid subscription.

Subscription prices, billing periods, included features, and applicable taxes will be shown before purchase.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe, Apple, Google, or other payment platforms, depending on the purchase method.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorise the applicable payment provider to charge the selected payment method according to the selected plan and billing period.

Unless cancelled before renewal, subscriptions may renew automatically according to the terms shown at checkout.

9. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription according to the cancellation process made available in your account settings or by the payment platform through which you purchased the subscription.

Cancellation normally stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund amounts already paid unless required by law or expressly stated in the applicable refund policy.

If you purchased through Apple App Store, Google Play, Stripe, or another third-party platform, cancellation and refund handling may be subject to that platform’s rules and processes.

10. Consumer Withdrawal Rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union or another jurisdiction with mandatory withdrawal rights, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within a legally defined period.

The availability, duration, waiver, loss, or consequences of any withdrawal right may depend on the type of service, the purchase flow, whether digital content or a digital service has been supplied, whether performance has begun, and the mandatory laws applicable to you.

Kerdos AI will provide legally required withdrawal information where applicable. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded by contract.

11. Refunds

Refund rights may depend on the applicable law, subscription plan, payment platform, and purchase method.

Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, fees already paid are not automatically refundable merely because you stop using the service or cancel after a renewal date.

Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights.

12. Acceptable Use

You must not misuse Kerdos AI.

You must not:

• use Kerdos AI for unlawful purposes;
• attempt to bypass access controls, payment controls, rate limits, or security measures;
• scrape, copy, resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit Kerdos AI content except as expressly allowed;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, models, prompts, datasets, or system logic except where permitted by mandatory law;
• use automated systems to overload, disrupt, or abuse the service;
• upload malware, harmful code, or unlawful content;
• misrepresent Kerdos AI outputs as personalised advice, regulated advice, or your own independent research without proper context;
• use Kerdos AI outputs to mislead others;
• use Kerdos AI in a way that violates third-party rights or applicable law.

13. Intellectual Property

Kerdos AI, including its software, design, branding, workflows, models, prompts, generated reports, research structure, and content, is protected by intellectual property and other laws.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Kerdos AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the service for your own personal or internal research purposes.

You do not acquire ownership of Kerdos AI, its software, models, datasets, branding, or proprietary methodology.

14. User Content and Feedback

If Kerdos AI allows you to submit watchlists, preferences, notes, feedback, prompts, comments, or other content, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to provide that content.

You grant Kerdos AI the rights necessary to process such content for providing, securing, improving, and operating the service, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

If you provide feedback or suggestions, Kerdos AI may use them without obligation to compensate you.

15. Third-Party Services and Data

Kerdos AI may rely on third-party services, APIs, data providers, cloud providers, payment providers, analytics providers, AI providers, and external links.

Kerdos AI does not control every third-party service or data source. Third-party services may be unavailable, delayed, inaccurate, restricted, changed, or discontinued.

Third-party terms and privacy policies may apply when you interact with third-party services.

16. Service Availability and Changes

Kerdos AI may change, update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue features, models, data sources, plans, pricing, methodologies, or content from time to time.

Kerdos AI does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or continued availability of any specific signal, ranking, forecast, model, instrument, exchange, market, feature, or data source.

18. Liability

Kerdos AI is provided as a research and analytics tool. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kerdos AI is not liable for investment losses, trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, data inaccuracies, delayed data, unavailable data, model errors, AI-generated errors, service interruptions, or decisions made by users based on Kerdos AI outputs.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by law, including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, mandatory product liability, or mandatory consumer rights.

19. Indemnity

If you use Kerdos AI in breach of these Terms or applicable law, you may be responsible for losses, claims, damages, costs, or expenses arising from that misuse, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

This section does not limit mandatory consumer protections.

20. Termination and Suspension

Kerdos AI may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, misuse the service, create security risk, fail to pay applicable fees, or use the service unlawfully.

Where required by law, Kerdos AI will provide appropriate notice and an opportunity to remedy.

You may stop using Kerdos AI at any time, and you may cancel paid subscriptions according to the applicable cancellation process.

21. Changes to These Terms

Kerdos AI may update these Terms from time to time.

If changes are material, Kerdos AI will take reasonable steps to notify users where required or appropriate.

Your continued use of Kerdos AI after updated Terms become effective may constitute acceptance of the updated Terms, where permitted by applicable law.

22. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws provide otherwise.

If you are a consumer, you may benefit from mandatory protections of the country where you live. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory rights that cannot be excluded by contract.

24. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the related disclosures and policies referenced above, form the agreement between you and Kerdos AI regarding use of the service.

If any part of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
